Your dining experience is important to us. When you book with us, our Cuyamaca Retreat nutrition supervisor will contact you to discuss your group's tastes and dietary needs. You receive personalized service with a Cuyamaca Retreat smile. We will do our best to build the menu around your group's tastes. Also, know that we make a concerted effort to purchase our products fresh and local, and organic whenever we can.

Leave the cooking to us. Our top notch kitchen staff takes pride in tickling your taste buds with home style cooking. Start your day with fresh brewed coffee, eggs and sausage. At midday build your own hoagie, or have a pulled pork sandwich. Finish your day with lemon herb chicken and an Italian ice, eating family style in our dining hall, enjoying the roaring flames burning in our stone fireplaces at Palomar and Cuyamaca.
